(MISSOULA) – A Billings man who admitted to coercing a minor girl in New York to make and send him explicit images of herself was sentenced on Thursday to 20 years in prison, to be followed by a lifetime of supervised release.
Jeffrey Eugene Herbert, 35, pleaded guilty in March 2023 to production of child pornography and possession of child pornography.
U.S. District Judge Dana L. Christensen presided. The court also ordered restitution of 842 dollars.
