Havre, MT – Havre high Blue Pony girls basketball has had an entire week to gear up the state tournament in Great Falls this Thursday.
Head coach of the Ponies Tommy Brown says his team has got healthy and locked in through the bye week.
“Our practices have been great. Kids battled a little sickness last week but we’ve got our legs back under us now and we’re just amped up and excited ready to go into the state tournament.” Said coach Brown.
The Blue Ponies will open in the quarterfinals against the Bulldogs of Whitefish Thursday night at 6:30p.m. The Winner of that matchup will compete in the semifinals against the winner of Dillion and Laurel who tip at 8p.m. Thursday night.
