Havre, MT – The Havre High Blue Ponies have started off dropping six straight games and are headed into a much-needed reset over the holidays.
Head coach of the Blue Ponies Walynn Burgess, says that it will be good for his team to get some rest but that they also need to get back and focused once the holiday ends.
“It’s one of those things over the break where you want to get off your feet you want to enjoy the family time while you can for a few days over the holidays, but then there is also time when we got to get back to work and start to be getting back into where we’re competing again. we’ll take a couple days off over Christmas but then it’s right back to work. I think the boys are going to use this time really well and it will be a good time for us to hit the reset and see where we are at.”
The Blue Ponies will host browning in their home opener on January 2. Tipoff is set for 6:30p.m.
