(Browning) A Browning man accused of not registering as a sex offender as required and attempting to flee law enforcement by leading officers on a high-speed chase was sentenced Tuesday to 15 months in prison to be followed by 5 years supervised release.
The defendant, 27-year-old Austin Kade Goings, pleaded guilty in October 2024 to failure to register as a sex offender, a felony, and attempting to elude a peace officer, a misdemeanor.
Chief U.S. District Judge Brian M. Morris presided.
