Governor Bullock Announces Chinook Native as New Chief of Staff

HELENA, Mont. (NMB) – Governor Steve Bullock on Monday announced that Ali Bovingdon, the governor’s former Deputy Chief of Staff, will serve as his new Chief of Staff. A press release says that Bovingdon, a Chinook native, has served with Bullock since he was elected as Attorney General.

Bovingdon replaces Tom Lopach, who has accepted a position with Bullock’s presidential campaign.

Bullock said, “Ali has been part of my team for over a decade and it’s clear she’s committed to making sure Montana is a great place to live. I’m thankful for both her and Tom’s leadership. Together we have already accomplished a great deal for Montana and I’m thrilled for the continued knowledge, experience and dedication as my administration completes its goals to benefit Montanans for years to come.”
