HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – On Saturday afternoon, a Havre man was arrested for a misdemeanor sexual assault in Havre. Assistant Police Chief Jason Barkus says that Joseph Ganuelas also had a misdemeanor warrant for his arrest.
Barkus says Ganuelas was in someone else’s home when he allegedly touched a woman inappropriately at around 2:30 Saturday afternoon. He was arrested without incident.
As of Monday morning, Ganuelas was being held in the Hill County Detention Center on an $870 bond.
