HINGHAM, Mont. (NMB) – Officials with the Hill County Water District are asking water users to conserve water immediately and until further notice.
This means that no outdoor watering is allowed, except for hand watering by a garden hose on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 7 AM-9 AM.
Impacted communities are Kremlin, Gildford, Hingham, Rudyard, Inverness, and Joplin and the branch lines serving the surrounding areas (East Kremlin, North Kremlin, South Kremlin, North Hingham, South Hingham, North Rudyard, South Rudyard, North Joplin, North Inverness).
A press release states demand for water is extremely high at this time and water levels in their tanks are all but depleted, so it is crucial that water users refrain from high use.
