(Havre) The Havre Public Schools Board of Trustees held a special meeting in the Robins Administration Building on October 22nd.
Approved during this meeting was both the superintendents evaluation timeline and the hiring of 4 Indian Education for All personnel, as previously reported by New Media Broadcasters.
The board also plans to invest some funding that they currently have, but have questions about the proposed places to invest. They want to know the risk of the investment, whether or not it will show up as a cash source during negotiations, and expressed concerns about the lack of FDIC insurance.
Investment decisions were tabled for now until more information can be gathered.
The next board meeting will be on November 12th.
