LINCOLN COUNTY, Mont. (NMB) – The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office says a suspect in a May 31st homicide south of Eureka has been arrested in California.
Joshua Sauls, 23, son of the victim John Sauls, was arrested by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office on unrelated charges.
Sauls was served a warrant for arrest for Deliberate Homicide out of Lincoln County that had been issued as a result of the investigation.
The homicide investigation was launched after dispatch received a report of a deceased male in the area of Thirsty Lake Road at about 6:24 PM on May 31st.
