HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – A man awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to two felonies related to a burglary ring in Hill County is accused of violating the conditions of his release.
Fabian Saddler has previously pleaded guilty to the felonies of burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary for his role in an alleged burglary ring in January 2019. This includes the burglaries at E-1 towing and John Deere.
Court documents allege that on July 10th, 2020, Saddler was a passenger in a vehicle that was engaged in a high-speed pursuit. The driver had an outstanding warrant for his arrest and had absconded from supervision.
The previous day, Saddler is accused of having traveled to Spokane, Washington, as a passenger in the same vehicle that was stopped after the high-speed pursuit in Montana the next day.
As per the terms of the conditions of his release after posting bond and prior to sentencing, Saddler was barred from leaving Montana without permission from the court.
Saddler is now in the Hill County Detention Center as he awaits his August 13th sentencing date.
The man accused of being the ring-leader in the burglary ring, Jaylen Crazyboy, is also scheduled to be sentenced on August 13th after pleading guilty to three felonies. Crazyboy has previously posted bond.
