(Montana Hospital Association) The Montana Hospital Association released a statement this week regarding the use of their hospitals in political ads aired across the state.
MHA says that these ads were not coordinated, approved or endorsed by the Montana Hospital Association nor any of the hospitals named in the ad.
Every MHA hospital is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization, meaning that they, by law, can not be involved with any political campaign directly or indirectly.
In a statement made during this release, MHA says “. Montana’s hospitals, including those in rural areas, face many challenges and we urge community members to continue to engage with their local hospital, ask questions and understand the challenges they face”
