(Missoula – Keller Sherman) A Missoula man who admitted to receiving and storing images and videos of child sexual abuse material from the internet was sentenced today to five years in prison to be followed by ten years of supervised release, U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich said.
The defendent, Bryan Michael Balog, pleaded guilty in May to receipt of child pornography. He was ordered to pay $39 thousand in restitution to 13 victims.
U.S. District Judge Donald W. Molloy presided.
