HELENA, Mont. (NMB) – The Montana Law Enforcement Academy held its 172nd Graduation Ceremony on Wednesday in Helena and graduated 57 new officers from 34 different law enforcement agencies across the state.
Several graduates will serve local jurisdictions. Cole Azure will serve with Fort Belknap Law Enforcement. Alec Rosipal will serve the Fort Benton Police Department. Nickolas Erickson will serve with the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office. And Taylor Gopher and Jake Pliler will serve with the Havre Police Department.
Attorney General Tim Fox gave the keynote address.
The Montana Law Enforcement Academy is operated by the Montana Department of Justice. It provides basic and advanced training for law enforcement throughout the state.
