MSU closing in on WMAMI director

(Montana State University) – MSU has narrowed the field down to three prospects to fill the directorship of the WWAMI Medical Education Program for their Division of Health Sciences.

The candidates will interview between March 6 and March 8, which will include an open forum and a reception.

The March 6 interview will be with Doctor Laura Goodell, acute care physician with MSU Student Health Services and Stern Regional Faculty Educator with Montana WWAMI.

On March 7, they will interview Doctor Brant Chumaker, director of the Wyoming WWAMI program, and professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Health at the University of Wyoming.

The final interview on March 8 will be with Doctor Joseph Sterbis, director of the Medical Education Directorate in the Office of the Surgeon General.

MSU executives invite faculty, staff, students, and community to participate, adding input. Attendees of the open forums can submit feedback via online survey until 9am Monday, March 11.
