HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – The Montana State University-Northern Alumni Foundation is actively seeking nominations for the Founders’ Excellence and Hall of Fame awards for the 2019 year, with the awards ceremony to be held Friday, May 3rd.
A press release says that Founder’s Excellence is awarded to people in honor of their professional accomplishments, loyalty and service that has enhanced the development of Northern. Candidates must be an alum, administrator, former faculty or staff, or friend of MSU-Northern who has made a significant contribution to the development of Northern.
The Athletic Hall of Fame recognizes players, managers and coaches who have made outstanding contributions to athletics at Northern. Other individuals may also be recognized for outstanding service to Northern Athletics.
Nominations are due by January 18th, 2019, but the Alumni Foundation accepts nominations all year long. For more information, call 265-3711.
