Red Cross Encourages Donations During the Holidays

GREAT FALLS, Mont. (NMB) – The American Red Cross urges eligible donors to be the lifeline for patients in need this holiday season by making an appointment to give blood. A press release says that as schedules fill with holiday parties, shopping and fun with friends and family, many blood donors delay giving.

On Tuesday, November 26th, donations will be accepted at Fairfield High School from 9 AM to 2 PM. On Thursday, December 5th, you can donate at the Malta Lutheran Church from 11:30 AM to 5 :30 PM. On Monday, December 9th, donations will be held at the First Christian Church of Lewistown from noon to 6 PM. On Thursday the 12th, you can donate at Central Montana Medical Center in Lewistown from 9 AM to 3:30 PM. Also on the 12th, donations can be made at the Civic Center in Shelby from noon to 6 PM.

Donations will be accepted in Havre on Monday, December 16th from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM at Havre High School. Also on the 16th, blood will be drawn at the American Legion on Dutton from 10 AM to 3 PM. On Tuesday, December 17th, you can donate at the Methodist Church in Sunburst from 12:30 to 5:30 PM. And on Wednesday the 18th, donations can be made at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Choteau from 11 AM to 5:45 PM.
