(Havre) The Salvation Army Service Center in Havre recently announced that it would like to thank the Havre community for the success of its recent fundraiser.
According to the organization, the fund raiser was able to raise over $9,000 during the week of May 12th -May 18th, which they called the “One Great Week of Helping the Salvation Army” event.
Salvation Army also announced that they received a lot of funds from local businesses, and plan to hold this fundraiser annually. Those that would like to participate are urged to call the service center to inquire.
Next year, the fundraiser will be held the week of May 11th.
