(Havre) – Starting on Monday August 18th, the City of Havre along with Montana Rural Water Systems will be conducting Sanitary Sewer Smoke Testing throughout the city. Public Works Director Trevor Morks explains more about this testing.
“It is a field investigation method to kind of do an assessment and a health check on a sanitary sewer system.”
