Havre, MT – After finishing the season on a five game loosing streak the MSU-Northern Skylights head into the frontier conference bruised but ready to fight for their lives.
The Skylights concluded their season with a 12-10 frontier conference record sliding them into the number five seed at the Frontier conference tournament.
Head Coach of the Skylights Chris Mouat knows the difficulties that lie ahead in their third matchup against the battling bears of Rocky Mountain College.
“Rocky is a tough draw and a tough team. We’ve seen them a bunch so we kind of know what we are in for. Their size is a problem and Paige Wasson I think is among if the best player in the league. . . we are throwing a lot at the wall and seeing what sticks.”
Tip off will be Saturday at noon in Butte.
