STILLWATER COUNTY, Mont. (NMB) – The Stillwater County News reports that authorities are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the drowning of a Lame Deer woman in the Stillwater River.
The body of Deanna Faye Limberhand, 39, was found on the morning of July 20th near the Jeffrey’s Landing Fishing Access Site.
The cause of death has been confirmed as drowning and the victim was identified through fingerprints. A toxicology report is expected back in a few weeks.
Investigators believe that the victim’s body was only in the water for a few hours.
