Chinook, MT – Chinook boys basketball is off to an even 2-2 start to the season. The Sugarbeeters are coming off of back-to-back wins to start conference play before the Holiday break. Chinook defeated Rocky Boy in a thriller 63-54, then defeated Shelby the following day 54-46.
Head coach Sugarbeeter boys basketball, Bill Bell, says he expects his teams ball movement and communication to continue to get better.
“We’re hoping to keep the momentum going of sharing of the ball and communicating on defense but also looking for scoring from a few others on the offensive end.”
Chinook boys and girls basketball will host Box Elder on Friday and Fort Benton on Saturday.
