Havre, MT – With fall camp taking place all of the country, the Chinook High football is ready for offseason training to pay off.
In 2024 The Chinook Sugarbeeters finished with a winning record of 7-4 but faltered in the state playoff quarterfinals. However, Chinook High Football offseason was one of the best head coach Mike Jones has had leading the program. Coach Jones told New Media Broadcasters how he believes they are poised for a strong start to the season.
“We got a good core group coming back, a lot of playing experience,” Coach Jones said. “Combine that with the summer we’ve had so far, I think the kids are setting themselves up to be in a position for success.
Chinook opens the season at home against Chouteau on Friday, August 29.
