HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – In May, Service Officers for Montana Veteran Affairs will be visiting locations in our area to meet with veterans who are interested in applying for benefits. A press release says, those who are interested need to bring a copy of their discharge paperwork, the DD214’s, with them.
On Wednesday, May 8th, they will be in the Courthouse in Shelby from 9:30 to 11:30 AM and at the County Extension Office in Cut Bank from 1:30 to 3:30 PM. On Thursday, they will be at the Eagle Shield Building in Browning from 9 to 11 AM, and on Friday, they will be at the Rocky Boy Vet Center from 1:30 to 2:30 PM.
On Wednesday, May 15th, they will be at the Glasgow VA Clinic from 1 to 4 PM. On Thursday, they will be at the Malta City Hall from 9:30 to 11:30 AM, and at the IHS CHR Conference Room in Fort Belknap from 1:30 to 3 PM.
On Wednesday, May 22nd, they will be back in the Shelby Courthouse from 9:30 to 11:30 AM and the Cut Bank County Extension Office from 1:30 to 3:30 PM. On Thursday, the will return to Browning at the Eagle Shield Building from 9 to 11 AM.
