Hundreds of Families, School Choice Supporters to Rally in Helena

HELENA, Mont. (NMB) – Hundreds of Montana students, parents, and educators in showing support for school choice at the Montana Capitol building at noon on Thursday, January 24th.

A press release says that students from a wide array of educational backgrounds will come together at the Capitol to rally for educational opportunity. This event is planned to coincide with National School Choice Week 2019, which will feature more than 40,000 school choice events across all 50 states.

Speakers at the rally include elected officials such as Representatives Jonathan Windy Boy from Box Elder, Seth Berglee, Bill Mercer, and other community leaders.

The event is supported by the Montana School Choice Coalition, which focuses on empowering parents with the best education options for their children.
