MSU Extension to Host Debt Webinar January 23rd

HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – The Montana State University Extension office in Havre will be hosting a debt webinar next week to inform consumers how they can get started by making their own debt repayment plan and helpful tools that can be used.

According to the Federal Reserve, the average American consumer debt per capita is about $11,880. A press release says that the Solid Finances webinar is scheduled for Wednesday, January 23rd, presented by Dr. Carrie Johnson from North Dakota State University, to inform consumers how they can get started. The session will also discuss ways financial professionals can help you get on the right track and how to deal with creditors.

The webinar will also be shown at the Havre-Hill County Library from noon to 1 PM on January 23rd.
