HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – Various Hill County Officials convened in the Timmons Room of the County Courthouse on Wednesday morning for their monthly meeting.
Human resources Director Brittany Pfeifer informed the board of the need to update job descriptions for county positions for new hires and current employees.
Terry Turner from the Mosquito and Weed department reported there will be a crew training in Great Falls on May 25th and on May 26th in Fort Benton. Turner said a current goal is finding staff for the summer season.
Hill County Commissioner Diane McLean spoke on the need for Hill County to be current on Cyber Security training due to the current cyber security threat experienced around the nation. McLean says cyber security insurance would be expensive and would be in addition to the insurance already used by the county. Another topic broached by McLean was the need to convert hard copy records into scanned documents.
