(Havre) Bing and Bob’s is one of the oldest sporting goods stores in Montana, harkening it’s roots back to 1948 when it was first opened by Glen Crosby and Bob Durkee.
Since then, the store has known many owners, but now it’s got a new one: Matt Sasaki, who’s also been an employee since 2003.
Sasaki says shoppers can expect no changes; he’s going to keep the store the same as it’s always been. New Media Broadcasters spoke with Sasaki to ask what he admired most about the last owners, and what the hopes to keep going in his new ownership
“I like the customer service part of it. Taking care of all the customers no matter what issues they may have. The only thing you have to offer in sales is customer service, they can buy stuff everywhere, it’s just what type of service they get when they buy it”
