(FWP) Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks announced that they are extended the public comment period for two proposed repeals of Administrative Rules (ARM),
The first one is the repeal of a Big Game Management rule that became effective in December of 1972, which is officially titled A-R-M 12.9.101. The FWP says this rule no longer alligns with or adapts to legislative, commission, or department species-specific management goals. Public Comment on this has been extended until May 3rd.
The second is a rule that pertains department liaisons in the community, which is officially titled A-R-M 12.2.306. The public comment period for this has been extended to April 19th.
