(Havre) The Havre City Council will meet Monday, October 7th for their regularly scheduled monthly meeting.
On the agenda this time is the first reading of a new ordinance which allows Northwestern Corporation to install natural gas delivery facilities in Havre.
In addition, a resolution will be read which will allow Havre Police to sell, donate, return, or destroy personal property which the Havre Police Department may come into possession of if there’s no state laws that apply to it.
The city will also ratify an agreement with the City of Havre Dispatchers, approve September claims and warrants, and provide an update on the water systems.
Public comments will be allowed during this meeting, and the councils next planned meeting will be November 4th.
