(Missoula) The owner of a business that operated in Belgrade admitted to failing to pay federal income taxes according to U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich.
The defendant, 59-year-old Guy S. Cook, of Dripping Springs, Texas, pleaded guilty to tax evasion. Cook faces a maximum of five years in prison, a $100,000 fine and three years of supervised release.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Kathleen L. DeSoto presided.
