Havre, MT – Skylights volleyball with a fast start and now with time to catch their breath.
Montana State University-Northern volleyball has started their season 2-4 but have been in every game against quality opponents.
Skylights volleyball is off this weekend and will play a scrimmage with Medicine Hat College on Saturday at 10a.m. to help prep for the start of conference play on September 5.
Head coach of Skylights Volleyball, Jerry Wagner, said how he believes this break will help his team before conference play.
“I’m looking forward to this week. We need a break because we know exactly where we’re at. Some teams have only had one weekend to work on somethings and then they’re in conference.” coach Wagner said. “So, I’m happy we have a scrimmage which is now at 10 on Saturday.”
Skylights volleyball has almost a full two weeks off before playing their first conference game in Billings at Rocky Mountain College on Friday, September 5, starting at 6p.m.
