Billings Man Pleads Guilty to Child Pornography Distribution Charges

BILLINGS, Mont. — A Billings man has pleaded guilty to two counts of distributing child pornography.

41-year-old Kole David Kuntz admitted to the charges in federal court and faces a mandatory minimum of five years in prison for each count.

Prosecutors say Kuntz distributed explicit videos involving minors during online conversations with an undercover officer.

Sentencing will take place at a later date.

The case was investigated by the FBI and is part of the Department of Justice’s Project Safe Childhood initiative to combat child exploitation online.
