(Havre) – The City of Havre says excavation work for the Highland Park Water Main Replacement project is planned to start on Monday August 11th. Residents are reminded to be aware that the
intersection of 13th Street West and Washington Avenue will be closed at some point in the process for connection to an existing water main.. The City of Havre also says that temporary water
