Fair Pay Workshop Training Comes to Havre February 12

HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – A Start Smart, Fair Pay Workshop training will be held on February 12th from 4 to 7 PM in Cowan Hall Room 314 on Montana State University-Northern’s campus. A press release says that this free training is designed for college students preparing to graduate and participants will learn how to research salary benchmarks, as well as how to negotiate a fair pay once they have received an offer.

This program is open to the public, with a priority for Northern students and male participants are also encouraged to attend. People must register at havrestartsmart.eventzilla.net to attend.

This is the third year the Office of Diversity Awareness and Multicultural Programs and the Montana AAUW is sponsoring this workshop.
