(Havre) The Havre Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the Bear Paw Marathon on Saturday June 7th this year, and is warning those that use Highway 234, also known as Beaver Creek Road, of it’s partial closure during that day.
The Chamber says that only the southbound lane will be closed. The closure will span from Butte Road to Sucker Creek Road, and will last from 6am to 11am that day.
The Chamber says that this will likely affect commute times, and asks those that it will affect to plan accordingly; reiterating that road closures are for the safety of those participating in the marathon.
