HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – The Havre Police Department has lifted their travel advisory, but is asking people to be cautious if they plan on traveling overnight due to slick road conditions.
However, the stretch of 13th Street from 1st Avenue to 5th Avenue, also known as Hospital Hill, will remain closed overnight and will not reopen until crews are able sand the road.
