PLAINS, Mont. (NMB) – A 55-year-old Kalispell man was killed in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash on Sunday in Sanders County.
The Montana Highway Patrol reports that the crash occurred at 7:45 PM at mile marker 3 of Montana Highway 28, when the man was driving his Harley Davidson southbound and down a hill at a left hand curve. The motorcycle drifted off the right hand side of the roadway and overturned.
The driver was thrown from the bike and declared dead at the scene.
The road was bare and dry.
MHP has not indicated what factors played a part in the crash.
