The Frontier Conference announced its 2023-24 basketball award winners on Tuesday and there were several Lights and Skylights who made the list.
For the Lights, senior guard Zack Martinez was awarded a spot on the First Team All-Conference. Sophomore guard Dae’Kwon Watson was named an All-Conference Honorable Mention. Junior forward Xavier Bailey garnered All-Conference Defensive Team honors. Junior guard Owen Smith was the Northern recipient of the Frontier Conference Champions of Character.
For the Skylights, junior forward Shyan Krass was a multi-award winner, taking home Co-Sixth-Woman of the Year and Champions of Character honors. Senior forward Ryley Kehr was a Second Team All-Conference selection. Two Skylights cracked the Honorable Mention All-Conference squad, sophomore guard Taya Trottier and redshirt junior forward Savannah Toms.
