
GREAT FALLS, Mont. (NMB) – A Hill County man convicted of methamphetamine distribution in 2012 is facing a revocation of his suspended sentence in U.S. District Court in Great Falls.
Adrian Frank Nault, 38, pled guilty to Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute Controlled Substance in 2012 and was sentenced to 108 months custody, followed by 48 months supervised release.
Court documents state that Nault, distributed between 350 and 500 grams of methamphetamine in Hill and Chouteau Counties.
Nault admitted to violating his release by consuming alcohol, missing required urinalysis tests and by using methamphetamine between April and July, 2020.
Judge John Johnston is recommending for Nault’s suspended sentence to be revoked and for him to spend five months incarcerated, followed by 37 months of supervised release.
Nault had the suspended portion of his original sentenced revoked back in August 2019, and was sentenced to five months in the Bureau of Prisons, followed by 42 months of Supervised Release after admitting to methamphetamine use.
Nault has the right to appeal the sentence revocation before Judge Brian Morris.
