The City of Havre has been working to make improvements to 14th Avenue this spring season. Public works director for the City of Havre, Trevor Mork, discusses updates on that work.
“14th Avenue water improvement project… water system work is completed. We’re waiting to finish up the paving and for weather conditions to be right.” Trevor explained.
